SolveMeSenpai

About SolveMeSenpai

The math solver that started as a 2021 side project, got forgotten, and came back with a vengeance.

The Story

SolveMeSenpai was first built in 2021. It could read math problems from images, parse equations, and attempt to solve them. It was scrappy, it worked (mostly), and then — like many side projects — it was quietly shelved and forgotten.

Fast forward to now. The urge to rebuild struck, and this time the goal was clear: make it the best version possible.

The original implementation had rough edges — the solving pipeline wasn't great, the UX was clunky, and it couldn't handle the variety of problems we wanted. But with current tools — an LLM-powered orchestrator backed by SymPy, chemistry engines, physics solvers, and AI Vision for image input — we can build something truly powerful.

The vision is simple: everyone and anyone should be able to solve almost anything that is mathematically possible. Whether you're a student checking homework, a professional verifying calculations, or just curious — SolveMeSenpai should feel effortless.

How You Can Use It

Multiple ways to interact — pick whatever feels natural to you.

Math & Calculus

Equations, derivatives, integrals, limits, ODEs, linear algebra — powered by SymPy with step-by-step breakdowns.

Natural Language

Talk to it like a friend. "What's the integral of x cubed?" — an LLM understands your intent, picks the right tools, and solves it.

Image Input

Upload a photo, paste from clipboard, or provide a URL. AI Vision reads handwritten or typed problems and solves them.

Chemistry

Equation balancing, molar mass, element info, stoichiometry — just describe what you need.

Physics

Unit conversion, kinematics, circuits, gas laws, waves — type a question and get a computed answer.

The Mission

Make math, chemistry, and physics accessible to everyone. No sign-ups, no friction — daily credits come from the backend. Just type, paste an image, or describe your problem.
