1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They are commonly used to remember preferences, maintain sessions, and track usage.
2. How SolveMeSenpai Uses Cookies
SolveMeSenpai uses minimal cookies and browser storage. Here is what we use:
LocalStorage (not a cookie)
- Theme preference — Your light/dark/system mode choice is remembered across sessions.
Server-side tracking
Your IP address is used server-side to manage rate limits (50 solves/day). Session IDs are generated server-side for multi-turn conversations and stored in memory for up to 30 minutes. No cookies are set for these purposes.
Essential cookies
We may use strictly necessary cookies for basic site functionality. These do not track you and cannot be disabled.
3. Third-Party Cookies
SolveMeSenpai does not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking services.
4. Managing Your Data
You can manage your locally stored data at any time:
- Theme preference — Change it using the theme toggle in the header. It can be reset by clearing site data.
- Clear all site data — Use your browser's settings to clear site data for this domain.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this cookies policy as our use of browser storage evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
